13 Rivers Trust is an energetic and dynamic charity which focuses its work around needy individuals, young people and communities excluded from mainstream society.
We are seeking to recruit a Full Time Coordinator to Coordinate Emergency burial referrals, Develop burial plans. Co-ordinate and lead on Muslim burials. Create story and online appeal for funds. Complete and Coordinate DWP applications as when applicable and provide admin support to programme manager. Assist in fundraising initiatives. Line manage Programme officers and sessional workers.
This role would be particularly suited to an Imam, Islamic scholar, or someone with a strong Islamic educational background who has a good understanding of Muslim funeral and burial practices and is committed to serving the community with good working knowledge of Microsoft office package.
The successful candidate will look at ways to sustain and expand our current work and be a part of transforming the lives of individuals and leaving lasting legacies.
